Changelog
boolkpdf is pre-launch — this tracks development, not a shipped version history yet.
2026-08-19
- Fixed a flicker in the write-mode sheet, caused by an infinite loop in the pagination library.
- The activity log now tracks issues — like a placeholder with no matching column — until they're fixed, instead of just listing events.
- Added zoom to the editor, matching the preview.
- Replaced the hero section screenshots with a short video.
- Renamed the product to boolkpdf, with a new logo, favicon, and social preview image.
2026-08-18
- You can now import a PDF as a starting template, not just a Word document.
- Redesigned the home page navigation and hero section.
2026-08-17
- Added fields — a value fixed for a whole batch of documents, saved with the template — and computed values, starting with today's date.
- The product got a name — boolk — and a home page.
2026-08-16
- The editor and the PDF preview now paginate the same way.
- Large spreadsheets stay fast to scroll and edit.
- boolk now tells you before generating if a placeholder in your template has no matching column in the data.
- Translated the whole interface to English.
2026-08-15
- A Word document's letterhead — logo and header — carries into the imported template.
2026-08-14
- Added Word and Excel import.
- Templates now save in your browser, so you can come back to them later.
- Tables in a template carry all the way through to the generated PDF.
2026-08-13
- First version: turn a template and a spreadsheet into a batch of PDFs, entirely in the browser.
