About

boolkpdf turns a spreadsheet and a document template into a batch of PDFs — one document per row, downloaded as a single ZIP. It's built for anyone who generates the same document repeatedly with different details: contracts, quotes, certificates, letters, anything a spreadsheet row can fill in.

The spreadsheet you load and the PDFs boolkpdf produces are handled entirely in your browser and are never sent to us. Templates you choose to save are kept in your account on our server, encrypted. See the privacy page for the exact boundary.

Using boolkpdf needs no account: loading a sheet, writing or importing a template, and generating PDFs are free, in batches of up to 25 rows. A subscription lifts that limit and keeps your templates in your account between visits.

Use of the service

You're responsible for the content of the templates you write and the data you load. boolkpdf never receives your spreadsheet and doesn't inspect what you save, and it can't review any of it on your behalf. Don't use boolkpdf to generate documents that are illegal, fraudulent, or that infringe someone else's rights.

No warranty

boolkpdf is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. Generated documents are your responsibility to review before you rely on them, especially anything with legal or financial consequences.

Changes

boolkpdf is under active development. Features, and these terms, may change; what this page says is what currently applies.
