boolkpdf turns a spreadsheet and a document template into a batch of PDFs — one document per row, downloaded as a single ZIP. It's built for anyone who generates the same document repeatedly with different details: contracts, quotes, certificates, letters, anything a spreadsheet row can fill in.

The defining choice is that your documents never leave your computer. The template you write, the data you upload, and the PDFs boolkpdf produces are all handled in your browser — see the privacy page for the exact boundary between what stays local and what doesn't (an account and its email address, for instance, would have to live on a server).

boolkpdf is currently free to use, with no account required.

Terms of Service

This is a general-purpose draft, consistent with how boolkpdf actually works today. It hasn't been reviewed by a lawyer — treat it as provisional until it has, especially before any paid tier launches.

Use of the service

You're responsible for the content of the templates and data you upload — boolkpdf doesn't inspect, store, or transmit them, and can't review them on your behalf. Don't use boolkpdf to generate documents that are illegal, fraudulent, or that infringe someone else's rights.

No warranty

boolkpdf is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. Generated documents are your responsibility to review before you rely on them, especially anything with legal or financial consequences.

Changes

boolkpdf is under active development. Features, and these terms, may change; significant changes will show up in the changelog.
